Hi, Hovanes.
Overall, it is good shape in terms of structure wide. Here is my first
comments from first look. (ver: Sep.23,2010)
Most of them is minor correction or I just want to point out some
paragraphs which I don't understand what you want to say.

(1) EXPERIEMT section: page 2: left middle before decay sequence
"The acceptance and resolution ... charged particles" => ??
(2) EXPERIEMT section: page 2: left middle after decay sequence
"*The the* energy of the initial photon can ...tagging facility"
=> "*The *energy of the initial photon can ...tagger counter."
(3) Fig1. does not show DC index and ST counter. instead there are R1 R2 R3.
(4) Simulation section: page 3 very bottom paragraph
"This study showed that the uncertainty in the acceptance uncertainty of
CLAS ... ~20%" => ??
(5) Trigger inefficiencies section: very bottom paragraph
sentence 1 "A study of the normalized yield of the 4-track ...two start
counters in the middle of each sector *are can* have decrease in the
event rate"
sentence 2 "A possible explanation for this is that the event rates in
the central counters are higher than the two counters on the edges..."
I think sentence 1 and 2 show a contradiction.
(6) There is NO fig 2.
Caption : Normalized rate of events => Normalized event rate
(7) Model dependence section :
"...photoproduction depends on the kinematics, *and* we integrate
..."=>"...photoproduction depends on the kinematics, we integrate ..."
(8) Systematics
".. These variations did not ... the invariant spectrum of the invariant
mass of [] or [] spectrum." => ??
(9) simple typo:
"... upper limit for the *phptoproduction* cross section *time* the
branching ratio Br($Phi^{--}$ ... " =>"... upper limit for the
photoproduction cross section times the branching ratio Br($\Phi^{--}$ ..."
(10) page 5: left top paragraph
".. and therefore we consider the uncertainties due to them negligible."
=> ??
(11) page 5 left top-middle paragraph
".. is described in Sec. ." => ".. is described in Trigger inefficiency
section."
(12) Upper limits section:
I know you you will put the proper figure.
(13) Eq(1):
Isn't it necessary to describe $\sigma_x$, $\sigma_b$, $\sigma_e$
