Hi,

The ad hoc committee responded to the second draft of Phi--
paper a couple of weeks ago. You can find the list of  comments at:

This  round of comments was easier, and mostly involved fixing errors and
explaining some of the procedures and equations.

I posted  PDF files with a draft of our response and a new draft of the 
paper
