[Clas_cascades] v5 of Lambda1520 note, reply to comment and call a meeting

Hi all,

Homework items from today's meeting:

1. Read Haiyun's analysis notes and give comments
2. Give feedback to Zhiwen regarding his reply to review committee by 
MONDAY. He will send in his reply next week.
3. The analyzes hang on the assumption that Bit 5 trigger was 100% 
efficient before Xmas. We should all think about how to assign a 
systematic error to this assumption. [One possibility is to use Lewis' 
comparisons with world data as the overall normalization uncertainty for 
this data set].
