[Clas_cascades] Lambda1520 analysis review completed

Dear Collaborators

Sorry I report the news which many of you already knew.

The Lambda1520 analysis review was completed by late September.
The committee had a few final comments, but they felt it's up to authors 
to address them and Dave thus closed the review.
I will reply to those comments and produce a final version of the 
analysis note if necessary.
Once that's done, I will send out an email and maybe call for a meeting.
