The following message was sent out automatically by a script, and is not correct.  The "reviews" website was kept open to allow collaborators to read the final version of the paper and inspect the author list.  (This is where the Dec. 6 date comes from.)

The correct information is that the collaboration review ended at midnight on Monday, Nov. 21 (which was extended a few days from the original closing date of Friday, Nov. 18).  An email to inform the collaboration was sent by Volker a few days ago.
