[clas_full_and_term] Collaboration-wide review of "Branching Ratio of the Electromagnetic Decay of the Sigma+(1385)" ends on 2011-12-01

Hi Ken,

It looks that arXiv: 11115444 is the CLAS Collab paper.  If so why is has a 
single author?  You have to fix it
