[clas_full_and_term] The CLAS SoS submission period will end tomorrow

Hello all,
I am sorry that you all received this automated reminder and some of you were confused by it, and rushed to resubmit...
As 4 institutions had failed to submit their SoS's, I had to ask shiftbot to reopen the interface to give them a last chance for submitting (I point out that their delay will be notified to the CCC), mostly for the sake of making the SWC work less painful. The reopening triggered the automated email. 
However, this doesn't mean that whoever had already submitted should do it again! Please refrain from doing that, unless you had made a "vital" mistake in your SoS. Keep in mind that you can communicate with the SWC during the review phase, if necessary, without the need to edit now the SoS.
