[clas_full_and_term] SoS deadline reminder November 15th

Dear all

This email serves as a reminder that the CLAS Statement of Service 
reporting period will end *strictly on November 15 with no extensions*. 
You will have seen the previous email informing you of the opening of 
the reporting period.

Attached to this email is a pdf document (replace any dates in the 
instructions with the current reporting periods) with some instructions 
laid out by the Service Work Committee. This document is also linked 
"PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONTINUING" at the top of appropriate web-pages 
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/secure/sos/ and 
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/index.php?doc=sos_instructions
Could I ask that you keep these instructions in mind when the time comes 
to fill your SoS. Please complete both 2016 report and 2017 estimate.

Further to bullet 4 in the instructions, you can find the comparison 
between your listed Membership and listed "Shift" personnel at the 
following link:

*If any reconciliation is required between these lists, now is the time 
to do so.*
