[Clas_hadron] HSG chair election

Dear CLAS Hadron Spectroscopes,

The results from the CLAS Hadron primary are in.  The two nominees with the 
most votes are: Dave Ireland and Brian Raue.  Congratulations to both of them. 
 We would also like to thank all of the 6 candidates for participating in the 
primary.

We will be moving toward the final election.  The second round will start 
Monday, Aug 23rd and end Monday, Aug 30th, midnight when we will select the 
best candidate for the HGS chair.  This process will utilize the CLAS database 
sever again.

All full and term members affiliated with HSG are eligible to vote (please 
check your status).  Limited members are not eligible to vote in this 
election.
