[Clas_hadron] HSG chair election

Dear Colleagues,

The election for the HSG Chair has ended. We were fortunate to have two
outstanding and committed candidates. Both received strong support
from the group. On behalf of the HSG we thank both candidates for
running.

Congratulations to David Ireland who received the majority of the votes.
David Ireland will serve as our next chair.
