[Clas_hadron] Nomination for the HSG chair

Hi Folks,

Let me remind your the nomination process for the new HSG chair election
will be over Aug 10th.

We plan to proceed in two steps...

First, we will have a run-off "Primary" to select the final two candidates,
then finish with an election. Please go to the CLAS database and vote in
the primary Aug 11th!  We look forward to hear you by Aug 20th, midnight.

The second round will start Aug 23rd and end Aug 30th, midnight when you
will select the best candidate for the HGS chair.

All full and term members affiliated with HSG are eligible to vote (please
check your status).  Limited members are not eligible to vote in this
election.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
