I have a couple of minor comments:

1. In lines 3-4, I would remove the word "data" from "pion
photoproduction data".  Strictly speaking, the word "data" is a plural,
mismatched with the "is" that follows it.

2. In line 7, I would replace "photon beam asymmetry" with "the photon
beam asymmetry". 

Both of these are minor; neither is a showstopper.
