[Clas_hadron] Hadron Spectroscopy WG meeting

Dear All,

We now have a very full agenda for the working group meeting:

I would now like to finalise this schedule, so please let me know of any 
changes by the end of Thursday (4th Nov).

Unless I have specifically discussed this with you, all talks will be a 
maximum of *20 minutes* (plus 5 for questions). Please adjust the number 
of your slides accordingly! I'm going to have to enforce the schedule 
rigorously, to ensure that we stay in phase with the rest of the 
collaboration meeting and get through all our business.
