[Clas_hadron] April APS meeting

Dear All,

[Thanks to Eugene for pointing this out to me.]

The deadline for submitting abstracts for the April APS meeting in 
Atlanta is January 6, 2012. If anyone is thinking of submitting an 
abstract on CLAS Hadron Spectroscopy work, please try to post this 
before the Christmas break, to give everyone a chance to review it.

I copy the working group guidelines for abstracts below.

- Place a copy of your abstract in the appropriate conference folder for 
the year. Please name your abstract with venue and user name as in 
"<VENUE>_<YOUR-NAME>.pdf". These folders are located on the jlab 
filesystem at /site/www/html/Hall-B/secure/clas_hadron/abstracts/. Make 
sure your file is world readable (chmod a+r )

- Send an email via clas_hadron at jlab.org announcing your abstract and 
venue, and then solicit comments from collaborators. In your message 
include the text of your abstract along with a short summary of the 
material you want to present. In addition include a statement reminding 
collaborators to send comments to "clas_hadron at jlab.org".

- Send an email to the CLAS Speaker Committee Hadron Spectroscopy 
representative (and alternate). Ask them to look over abstract content 
in regards to both physics AND EDITORIAL concerns. For list of current 
CSC Hadron Spectroscopy representative see the CLAS Speaker Committee page
