[Clas_hadron] Morrison abstract

Hi Brian and John,

I am afraid but cannot agree with both of you.  The world database
have both unpol and pol measurements already - see enclosed map for
Eg = 320-2350 MeV.  Our recent CB at MAMI DSG measurements [MC(10)]
allowed to publish GE09 vs previously unpublished solution E429.
Obviously, pol data have a minor contribution and there are no E
data.  Some double pol measurements are available - unfortunately
