[Clas_hadron] Morrison abstract

Bill,
Perhaps Brian just needs to explicitly state "published data". I do not
consider unpublished data that happens to have been shown at a conference
as belonging to the world data base. A lot stuff gets shown at conferences
that will, for very good reason, never be published.
Just my 2 cents worth.
