May I remind you that details of the working group meeting can be  found at

There will be an EVO session for those wishing to participate remotely 
(instructions on the meeting page).

Speakers: talks need to be run from the PC in the meeting room. Please 
upload your presentations to the meeting directory:
/site/www/html/Hall-B/secure/hadron/meetings/14oct11/
When you have done this, let me know so that I can make a hyperlink on 
the meeting page (or do this yourself, and let me know).
