[Clas_hadron] Abstract for CIPANP '12

Dear Carlos,

the sentence "More briefly, we also report on the baryon components of the program, particularly on the study of 'missing resonances' and studies of the cascade spectrum in photoproduction" sounds very vague. Perhaps, you can add a sentence (or at least a line) why we think cascades can provide an answer to the missing baryon problem.
