[Clas_hadron] Next CLAS Hadron Spectroscopy WG meeting - encouragement!

Folks,

An unfortunate wording error crept into my last message concerning the 
next working group meeting! I wrote that "I certainly do not want to 
encourage participation...", which is *not* correct. I should have 
written "I want to encourage participation...". Apologies for that.
