[Clas_hadron] Talk for DNP

Thanks to all for your comments.  I have updated my talk with larger
labels, which hopefully will be more readable, and added the
"Preliminary" label to the plots.  I have also added a motivation
slide (slide 3) and removed references to the other method we used to
extract the SDMEs and the bounds that theory has set since they were
not mentioned previously in the talk.  Let me know if there is
anything else that I should change.
