[Clas_hadron] Acceptance of paper 'Transverse Polarization of Sigma+(1189) in Photoproduction on a Hydrogen Target' by Chandra Nepali et al.

Dear All,

The paper entitled "Transverse Polarization of Sigma+(1189) in
Photoproduction on a Hydrogen Target" is accepted by PRC today. It was
submitted on Feb 5, 2013. There was a brief comments my referee and
editor on March 8, 2013.

I would like to thank all members of the analysis review committee and
Ad-hoc committee for reviewing this analysis/paper and bring this paper
into a good shape.

I would also like to thank all CLAS members for their helpful comments
and suggestions.
