[Clas_hadron] Abstract for Hadron 2013

Sorry, now that I look back at my talks, I haven't shown my current results at a hadron spectroscopy meeting yet, but I know I at least emailed them around a few years ago.  

Anyway, I can email the final slides around when they're finished.
