[Clas_hadron] CLAS HSWG chair nominations

[Igor Strakovsky]

Dear Spectroscopists,

Time is up and our HSWG chair election is closed.
   
Following the HSWG election, Marco Battaglieri is the new chair of the
Hadron Spectroscopy Working Group. Congratulations to Marco and many
thanks to the other candidates, Volker, Mike, and Lei, for having
volunteered to run.
