[Clas_hadron] HSWG: new representative in the CSC

Dear Spectroscopists,
Annalisa D'angelo is the new HS representative in the CSC. Her term will 
last two years, acting as a link between the Working Group and the Clas 
Speaker Committee (full details of the charge are available here 
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/general/charter/bylaws.htm#CSC)
Greeting to Annalisa and thanks to the other two candidates that 
participated to the ballot  collecting a sizable number of votes.
