Could speakers also ensure that a copy of your talk is placed a.s.a.p. in the meeting directory:
/site/www/html/Hall-B/secure/clas_hadron/meetings/22feb13

For remote access, you will have to use SeeVogh (the replacement for EVO). You will need to ensure that your account has an associated JLab email address, otherwise you will not be able to join the JLAB community, which is required to access the meeting. Details can be found on the agenda page.
