[Clas_hadron] abstract for INPC and NSTAR

Hi Igor,
  you may want to include the photon energy range Eg or the invariant
  mass range W covered by the measurement of E and G, respectively.
Also, "data" is plural, therefore:   "Extensive data HAVE been collected.."
and "There ARE currently no data...".
