[Clas_hadron] Abstract for NSTAR/INPC

Hi Ross,

This is a nice abstract, it reads well. I have only one suggestion:
Since you mention the 38 measurements (I assume you mean 38 data points 
in energy and angle?) of the target asymmetry T, you should contrast 
those 38 with the number of points you will add.
