[Clas_hadron] Draft talk for XI Quark Confinement conference

Hello All,

	I have a talk coming up at the "XIth Quark Confinement and the Hadron 
Spectrum" conference in St. Petersburg Russia.  It starts in a week. 
The talk title is "Electromagnetic Strangeness Production at Jefferson 
Lab Energies", and the content focuses heavily on CLAS, with a coda at 
the end about GlueX and CLAS12.  The talk is too long for the time 
allotted, so I will be trimming, probably a lot.  Thanks to Raffaella 
deVita, Marco Battaglieri, Dan Carman, and Kei Moriya for some of the
