[Clas_hadron] HSWG: new alternate representative in the CSC

Dear Spectroscopists,
following the order expressed in the vote of few months ago,
Steffen Strauch  is the new HS alternate representative in the CSC. His 
term will last two years,working together Annalisa d'Angelo to act as a 
link between the Working Group and the Clas Speaker Committee (full
