you can find the draft of the agenda for the HSWG meeting on Friday 
November 14:
As you can see, it's really a busy day! Unless you have something really 
urgent to show I would not accept any other contributions.
If you already replied to my previous request and your talk is not 
scheduled, please let me know asap.

*For speakers:*
Let me know asap If you  want to modify the title of your talk.

The time allocated includes 5' for questions and discussion therefore 
*if your slot is 20' consider 15'+5'*

I'm expecting your slides will be posted on the wiki *by Thursday 
November 13 6:00PM (EST)*.
You can upload them yourself on the meeting directory (from 
jlabl1.jlab.org):
/u/site/www/html/Hall-B/secure/hadron/meetings/14nov14/
or you can send them to me within the same deadline.

Beside your presentation, please *send me 2 summary slides* (ppt or 
keynote) with the main points of your talk. I'll use them for the 
summary on Saturday.

Remote attendance will be possible using Bluejeans videoconferencing 
system. Check the page of the agenda for instructions to connect.
