[Clas_hadron] CLAS Hadron Spectroscopy Workign Group Chair

Following on from the message about the Hadron Spectroscopy Working 
Group chair, Marco has indicated to the nominating committee that he 
would be willing to stand for a second term as chair of the working group.

To keep the process as open as possible, however, we would like to 
invite other nominations for the post. These could be self-nominations 
or the nomination of a colleague. If you do nominate someone else, 
please ensure that the potential nominee would be willing to stand for 
election. The nominee should be in the Hadron Spectroscopy Working 
Group, and should normally be available for a period of three years to 
serve as chair.

We will accept other nominations up to 12:00 Eastern on Friday 24 June. 
An email to Dave and Igor would suffice. Should anyone else be 
nominated, we shall then organise an election process.
