Since we are now less than a month from the PAC proposal submission deadline, it would be a good time to take a look at the new submission form.  Please pay attention to new items that may take longer than usual to prepare, such as the specifics needed for the collaboration list in a comma separated value (First name, Last name, Institution, Author type) format instead of in paper-author format.

Since it is common to submit proposals at hours when there is no technical support available, reviewing the form will prove very beneficial.  Also noteworthy is that the submission form can be accessed, updated and saved several times before you actually complete your submission, which will also allow you to become familiar with the submission updates.
