[Clas_hadron] HSWG: CSC vote results

Dear spectroscopists,
your vote reconfirmed Annalisa d'Angelo  and elected Lei Guo as new HSWG 
representatives in the CLAS Speaker Committee.
I'd like to thank Igor Strakovsky for his willingness to serve.
As WG, we'll keep working with the two representatives to ensure a 
better and better presence  of CLAS results   in the major workshops and 
conferences.
Congratulations to Annalisa and Lei!
