Dear DNP speakers,
in preparation of the DNP meeting, we will have a dry run of you 
presentations on *Friday Oct 12 at 8:00AM* (EDT)

Consider that you have 15mn for the presentation (SHARP) + 5mn for 
comments/suggestions/discussion.

The CCC suggest to use a standard format for plots (including CLAS symbol).
You will find a template that Raffaella prepared at this link:

They also include some CLAS12 performance plots that you are encouraged 
to use.

In case some of the talks would need a major revision you will have a 
chance to have another dry run together with the DeepGroup next week.
All HSWG and the FEAR committee  is invited to attend and provide 
suggestions to the speakers
