[Clas_hadron] New Analysis review: 'Spin Observables in Meson Photoproduction on the Proton from the g9b FROST Dataset' by Ross Tucker et al.

Dear Ken, John and Xiandong,
given the lack of time/interest of the PI for this analysis the HSWG 
decided to abort the review.
You role of reviewer is then ended and the physics channel is now 
available for other HSWG members.
Thank you very much for the work and time spent in this review that 
unfortunately did not come to a (happy) end.
