[Clas_hadron] New Analysis review: 'Polarization observables from FROST' by Natalie Walford et al.

Dear Steffen, Paul and Maurik,
given the completely lack of communication with the PI of this analysis 
the HSWG decided to abort the review.
You role of reviewer is then ended and the physics channel is now 
available for other HSWG members.
Thank you very much for the work and time spent in this review that 
unfortunately did not come to a (happy) end.
