[Clas_hadron] [EXTERNAL] HSWG: DNP Approvals on Tuesday 8 October at 08:00

A reminder plus an additional requested dry run.

In preparation for the DNP meeting, HSWG is required to approve the relevant presentations.
We will have this session tomorrow Tuesday 8 October at 08:00 (EDT/Jlab time)

For those on-site: F326/327 is reserved from 8 - 10 am.

The agenda is as follows (15 minutes + 5 for comments):
08:00 - 08:20 Marco Battaglieri
08:20 - 08:40 Daniel Carman
08:40 - 09:00 Nick Markov
09:00 - 09:20 Izzy Illari
09:20 - 09:45 further discussions if required
09:45 - 10:00 Chan Kim (CLAS 6 GeV FROST talk but requested a dry run)

HSWG emphasis will be placed upon the plots being shown, any physics claims/conclusions being drawn and the external message we are sending. ((minor) stylistic aspects are best reserved for the dry-runs)
Dry runs for the presentations will take place at the subsequent run-group (A&K) meetings the same week.

All HSWG members are invited to attend this session to provide comments.
