[Clas_hadron] [EXTERNAL] HSWG DNP presentations

Dear Hadron Spectroscopists

With the fall DNP meeting approaching I wish to ensure that all 
contributions are accounted for before organising the details of the WG 
approval process and dry runs.
Four CLAS12 abstracts and three CLAS abstracts were previously submitted 
for WG approval.

If you are presenting, the approval process and dry runs need to be 
completed absolutely no later than Friday 11th October, but ideally one 
week before the meeting begins.

With that in mind, could ALL HSWG speakers please:
- reconfirm your intentions to present
- provide a status update of your talk e.g. written and ready, will be 
ready by, awaiting further cooked data, intention to show performance 
only or include preliminary physics analysis etc etc.

The schedule for the approval process, including run group involvement, 
will be announced in due course.

Please respond directly to me, rather than the mailing list, by c.o.b. 
Tuesday (24 September).
