[Clas_hadron] [EXTERNAL] Final version of APS April 2020 meeting abstract

Dear HSWG,

Attached is the abstract that I submitted to the APS for a contributed talk at the April 2020 meeting.  Please let me know if you object to this abstract.  The deadline for abstracts is past (due Friday, Jan. 10).  I can’t change the abstract, but I can withdraw it if there’s any objections.  (Note that this abstract was circulated to the First Experiment mailing list last Friday, so you may have already received an earlier version.  This version is after editing for comments that people suggested from that discussion.)

At the suggestion of Bryan, I’m sending this to the clas_hadron email list to get the required approval for the CSC.
