Dear Hadron Spectroscopists
You will have seen the message regarding the CLAS meeting next week. Under the circumstances and in order to be more effective, the CCC has decided to shorten the meeting to 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday) with focus on Collaboration business.
We will follow up with another Collaboration meeting later in April with a similar format but focussed more towards physics. This cycle will continue for as long as required.
After next week we will revisit the scheduling of HSWG analysis meetings. The previous attempt failed to converge on a suitable day/time. It might be necessary for some sub-groups to absorb one of their meeting slots into a HSWG session on a monthly basis. More on this after next week.
Whilst appreciating many of us are having to adjust to changes in work practices and our home environments under the circumstances, I would like to add to Kyungseon’s call and encourage you to join the meeting next week.
Regards
Bryan
