[Clas_hadron] [EXTERNAL] Permission for CLAS12 graphs usage

In addition,

I strongly support Volker's proposal to rename Energy (MeV) in all three graphs

Left: \gamma \gamma inv. mass (MeV)
Middle: M_X(ep-->e'\pi^0 X), (MeV)
Right: M_X(ep-->e'\pi^0 X), (MeV)

Best Regards,
                               Victor

Dear Letterio,

It is difficult to understand slide #3 as it is shown right now.

I propose you will provide the following information:
-which data set(s) from CLAS12 have been analyzed;
-list the selection criteria for the events shown in the middle plot;
-explain how you improve the event selection in order to transform the middle plot into the right plot;
-whether the events displayed in the left plot were selected with the same selection criteria as for the right plot?

Finally and most important: what is the objective for your analysis of the CLAS12 data?

Best Regards,
                              Victor

Dear Letterio,
I have not understood what the context of the presentation will be. Is it
a conference or just an internal presentation in your group?
In either case, I have some questions about how the plots in slide 3 are
defined.
1) Is there a cut around the pi0 mass on the gammagamma invariant mass
before plotting the middle plot? I am surprised by how small the proton
"bump" is.
2) What are the kinematic selections done to improve the plot that you
mention?
3) Any idea of why the proton peak is shifted from the nominal position?
Are these EC or FT photons (or both)?
4) What is the low-mass peak in the gammagamma invariant mass plot? Have
you applied any minimal-energy cut on the photons?
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Silvia
