[Clas_hadron] [EXTERNAL] slides for NSTAR22, draft 0

Dear all,
I have prepared a zero-th draft of my presentation to NSTAR22 (where I 
have been invited to speak about double pion photoproduction with 
polarized beam and target, namely results obtained with the CLAS g14
datasets) and I would like to submit it to your scrutiny beforehand.
