[Clas_hadron] [EXTERNAL] Fall DNP

Dear Spectroscopists 

If you are intending to present your work at the upcoming Fall DNP meeting, please let me know and note the following things:

- Your presentation should be made available to the HSWG, via the clas_hadron at jlab.org <mailto:clas_hadron at jlab.org> mailing list, for comments and approval

- You should inform the CSC of your talk 

- So far I have been informed of 2 presentations and the aim is to have a dry run session on or around Friday 21 October. The details are TBD depending upon the number of talks declared
