Hi all,

Your points are very well taken.   I will rework the abstract to
incorporate the observations of Eugene, Su, and Victor.    I really
appreciate your insights.

Additional feedback is very welcome.   I will have another version of the
abstract by tomorrow morning after I have heard from others.
