[Clas_hadron] [EXTERNAL] HSWG at March CLAS Meeting

Dear spectroscopists

As you will know, the next CLAS Collaboration meeting will take place March 4 - 7 at JLab.

The CCC are in the process of working out the agenda. If you wish to present an update on your analysis during the Hadron Spectroscopy session (held on Thursday 6 March), please let me know as soon as possible and be sure to include a presentation title in your request.

Depending upon the number received, I may have to shortlist.

Could I please encourage:

- updates from CLAS12 analyses and others that are approaching maturity.

- updates from PhD students and postdocs even if the analysis is not yet mature. I can accommodate such updates in short 5 - 10 minutes slots.
	- If you previously gave one of these short talks, I would encourage you to present 	in full length this time around.
