[Clas_hadron] [EXTERNAL] HSWG during July CLAS Meeting

Dear spectroscopists

As you will know, the next CLAS Collaboration meeting will take place July 8 - 11 at CNU.

The CCC are in the process of working out the agenda. If you wish to present an update on your analysis during the Hadron Spectroscopy session, please let me know as soon as possible, ideally before 1st July, and be sure to include a presentation title in your request.

Depending upon the number received, I may have to shortlist.

Could I please encourage:

- updates from CLAS12 analyses and others that are approaching maturity.

- updates from PhD students and postdocs even if the analysis is not yet mature. I can accommodate such updates in short 5 - 10 minutes slots.
	- If you previously gave one of these short talks, I would encourage you to present 	in full length this time around.
