    Dear all,<br>

    we would like to start regular (weekly) meetings focused on

    spectroscopy physics program in CLAS12.<br>

    The first experiment data collected this spring and data to be

    collected this fall require a significant effort in term of

    calibration and check to be sure that we can extract the physics

    proposed by  experiments <br>

    (MesonEx, VeryStrange, LDM, pentaquarks ...) in a thorough and

    timely manner. This effort will be coordinated with the First

    Experiment group, the Software Group and CalCom at JLab. <br>

    to choose a convenient time. Sorry if the time slots are limited but

    we need to accommodate 9 time zones (from CA to EU)!<br>
