Dear Hadron Spectroscopists<br>

As you will know, the next CLAS Collaboration meeting runs November 12 - 15.<br>


The HSWG meeting will take place on Thursday 14 November. You can present an update on your results or discuss problems/issues with your analysis.<br>


<br>


The usual division of the day is as follows:<br>


Morning: HSWG session concentrating on CLAS(6 GeV) analyses<br>


Afternoon: Joint WG session with Deep and Nuclear, showing progress/updates from CLAS12 analyses.<br>

If you wish to give a HSWG presentation please let me know by <b>Friday 1 </b><b>November


</b>and if your contribution relates to CLAS(6 GeV) or CLAS12.<br>


If you would like to request a talk during the Collaboration plenary sessions, please let me know by


<b>Friday 25 October</b>. <br>
