[Clas_lmd] Talk on LMD

We are working on weighting each event according to missing mass of 
proton, pi+ and pi- (around eta). This weighting has to be independent 
on missing mass of proton. This is similar to Q weighting and we need to 
be careful on the binning so that enough events are included but not too 
many.

I couldn't put enough time on this project because there is an urgent 
issue on another project. I can spend much more time on it after this week.
