[Clas_lmd] Corrections Re: gamp2MC for G11 simulation

Greetings,

It was brought to my attention that the executable gamp2MC was not built 
in the G11 environment.
I recompiled a new version for G11.
Currently 
/w/hallb-scifs2/clasg12/mkunkel/clas_builds/testbuild/build/bin/gamp2MC
